Brighton Sea Life Centre

Sea Life Centre, Brighton

Close to the Brighton Pier, and on the Promenade, you will find the Sea Life Centre .

This is yet another one of the  ‘ Brighton Victorian Spledours ‘ to survive .

It has pleased visitors for a century since it opened as the first aquarium built as a visitor attraction.

Fear not, it may be the oldest aquarium in the UK, but the facilities have been modernised.

It has been up-dated and now provides an exciting  marine exploration for the whole family.

You can see sharks, at close quarters, in an overhead underwater tunnel.

A coral reef, tropical rainforest and some scarey residents,

hiding in the damp foliage, provide interest and excitement for every member of the family.
